- Invitation letter
On behalf of the organizing committee, I cordially invite you to participate the 17th International Conference on Brain Edema and Cellular Injury, which is scheduled to be held from December 7-10, 2017 in Guangzhou, China.
The 17th International Conference on Brain Edema and Cellular Injury is a great and special opportunity which enables both world leading experts to discuss the latest progress in basic sciences, translational medical research, and clinical management strategies relating to brain edema and cellular injury, and junior researchers to share their experiences and new researches in these fields. This Conference will provide a stage to attendants to discuss the challenges we are facing and to communicate with each other about the healthcare and research progress of similarity and diversity across the world. This Conference will also provide an environment for participants to make friends and to establish collaborations.
Brain Edema and Cellular Injury is a conference held once in every three years, and rotates among Europe, Asia and North America, for more than half a century. The past conferences and especially the participants have made enormous contributions to brain edema research and also trained many young researchers in this field. We are confident that this 17th International Conference on Brain Edema and Cellular Injury will be the same as the past meetings and we believe all participants will enjoy this grand conference.
I am happy to share with you that the Advisory Board Members of the International Brain Edema Society Drs. Ross Bullock, Zbigniew Czernicki, Yoichi Katayama, Oliver Kempski, Toshihiko Kuroiwa, David Mendelow, Nikolaus Plesnila, Ruta Suzuki, Guohua Xi, and John Zhang all endowed and planned to participate in this conference.
